Jiangsu Jiayun New Materials Co., Ltd. was established on December 31, 2020, which is the industrialization exploration in the field of aerogel by Professor Shen Xiaodong's scientific research team from Nanjing University of Technology, and also the transformation of the scientific research achievements of the technical team for 20 years.
Jiayun New Material is specialized in the research and development, production, complete equipment, technical services and sales of aerogel insulation materials. The aerogel products are used in the energy and safety fields such as new energy battery insulation protection, LNG cooling protection, oil and thermal pipeline insulation. The main products include various specifications of aerogel insulation mat, silica aerogel particles, silica aerogel microspheres, aerogel paste and coatings.
Jiangsu Anjia New Material Technology Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiayun New Material, has established ISO9001, IATF16949 quality management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system. In October 2021, Anjia completed the factory inspection of Ningde Times, and the subsequent production capacity was gradually improved. At present, the new base is in preparation, and has registered Jiayun New Materials (Xuzhou) Co., LTD.
At present, the main downstream customers of Jiayuan New material are membrane sealing factories, such as Shanghai Gaoguanda, Shenzhen Sixiang, Nanjing Nanbo, etc., the main products include pre-oxygen wire, ceramics, glass fiber aerogel insulation sheet, etc. The 1025 ultra high temperature ceramic fiber aerogel material developed by the company has passed the internal audit system of Ningde Times in October 2021 and been included into the access material suppliers. The highest temperature of this product in the application scenario can reach 1,000℃, which is the only oxide aerogel product in China that can meet this standard.

Application field
Aerogel is mainly used for thermal management of power battery. It has low thermal conductivity, excellent fireproof and waterproof performance, small space and long service life. It is the best heat insulation material for power battery at present.
